So in the mystical realm that is Starlight Rangers, I figure the Candy Nurses are a widespread group of teenage gang members that eventually mature into something less goofily dressed. But this is what I in visioned the majority of at least infantry members wear.

Since it's kinda hard to tell the soles of the boots are zebra print. The pink is a body suit with the thumb cut out for texting purposes.
